Shipping

Every work ships insured for its full price from Las Vegas by UPS or FedEx, in gallery packing, within 3 to 10 business days once payment is received, with a tracking number sent to you. Shipping is priced by the size of the work and shown at checkout before you pay:

Framed works travel in a fitted box or crate; works over 60 inches are crated and the exact cost confirmed before dispatch. We ship to street addresses only: carriers do not accept P.O. boxes. Duties and taxes outside the United States are the buyer's.

Every order ships: purchases are not handed over for pickup. If you would rather use your own carrier, write to us before you order and send a prepaid label, and we waive our shipping charge.

Payment

At checkout: credit and debit cards, Shop Pay and PayPal. An accepted offer, a release allocation or an auction win becomes an invoice with a secure payment link; to pay one by bank transfer, write to us. Collector points and Robinhood Gallery gift cards can be spent at checkout and against our invoices.

Auction purchases at Robinhood Auctions are invoiced after the sale, with shipping added and lots combined where they can be, under the auction's own terms.
