Every work on the site has a price and can be bought today with a card, Shop Pay or PayPal. It ships insured from Las Vegas with its letter of authenticity. Prefer to pay by bank transfer, or to see the work first? Write to us from its page.

Each work takes an offer, with no minimum. Use the Make an offer button on its page: tell us a number and we answer within a business day, with a yes, a no or a counter. An accepted offer becomes an invoice with a payment link that stays open for three days.

Releases are offered by draw. Choose the works you would like in order of preference, how many you would take, the shipping address and a card; nothing is charged when you enter, and you can change your entry or withdraw in My account until the draw closes. When it closes, Platinum, Gold and Silver collectors are drawn first, then everyone else at random, and everyone hears the same day. If a work is yours we charge the card and send the receipt; over $25,000 the card pays a $25,000 deposit and the balance is paid by bank wire. A declined card gets a payment link, and an unpaid work passes to the next name drawn.

Membership is free. Create an account on the My points page, or when you check out, and you are a member at once; anyone who has bought from us is one already. Members see the Private Room and its Private Offers, our events and our releases. Silver, Gold and Platinum collectors also see each release a day early and are drawn first.

Every dollar you pay for a work earns a point, double on a release; tax, shipping and card fees do not count. Purchases paid from August 15, 2026 count, and points post once every work in the order has been delivered. A new account starts with 2,500 points, $25 off a first order. A hundred points are a dollar: spend them from 2,500 as a Robinhood Gallery gift card, in your cart, or against one of our invoices; before your first purchase, a redemption is a one-time code off an order. Points lapse eighteen months after your last purchase, so any purchase keeps the whole balance alive. Collector, Silver ($5,000, 1.5×), Gold ($15,000, 2×) and Platinum ($50,000, 2.5×) follow what you have bought in the last eighteen months, including before the programme began. Every work we sell has been in our hands, photographed and described by us, and comes with a letter of authenticity from Robinhood Auctions. Prints are described with their edition, signature and printing method, exactly as the sheet shows. If a detail is unclear, ask: we have the work in the room and can photograph the margin.

Shipping is priced by the size of the work and shown at checkout before you pay. Under 24 inches on the longest side: $35 in the United States, $70 elsewhere. 24 to 40 inches: $75 and $150. 40 to 60 inches, and sculpture: $150 and $300. Over 60 inches, crated: $350 and $700. Every parcel is insured for the full price and sent by UPS or FedEx with tracking, within 3 to 10 business days once payment is received; framed works travel in a fitted box or crate. We ship to street addresses only: carriers do not accept P.O. boxes. Duties and taxes outside the United States are the buyer's.

As at Robinhood Auctions, every order ships: purchases are not handed over for pickup. If you would rather use your own carrier, write to us before you order and send a prepaid label, and we waive our shipping charge.

All sales are final: we do not accept cancellations, refunds or exchanges. Our satisfaction guarantee covers a work that arrives damaged or materially different from its description, which is returned or exchanged at our cost. Keep all the packaging, photograph the damage, and within 15 days of delivery report it with the claim form (your order number and email find the order); we send a return authorization before anything comes back. Any other refund is at our discretion, less a 5% fee; shipping, duties and taxes are not refunded. Gift cards, auction purchases and sale items cannot be returned, and allocated releases and accepted offers are final in the same way.
