Collector points are Robinhood Gallery's way of saying thank you. They are earned on every work you buy, at the store, at auction or by offer, and spent on the next one. Membership is free: your account makes you a member, and every purchase paid from August 15, 2026 counts.

1 · Earn
Every purchase counts
Buy at the store, win at auction, or have an offer accepted: each dollar paid for the work itself earns a point, and a release earns double. Tax, shipping and card fees do not count. Points post once every work in the order has been delivered.
2 · Spend
A dollar for every hundred
From 2,500 points, turn them into a Robinhood Gallery gift card from this page, or take them off one of our invoices from its payment link. Before your first purchase has been delivered, a redemption is a one-time code off an order instead. Whole dollars only, and never more than the invoice.
3 · Rise
Tiers follow what you collect
Collector, Silver, Gold and Platinum come from what you have bought in the last eighteen months, from before the programme began as well. Each tier earns more per dollar, up to 2.5× at Platinum, and decides the order of the draw when a release is oversubscribed. Points post once every work in the order has been delivered, and lapse 18 months after your last purchase: every purchase keeps the whole balance alive.

Your tier moves up the day you cross the line, and follows the last eighteen months of purchases, including those before the programme began.
See your points
Use the email you gave us when you bought, the one on your invoices. We send a 6-digit code to it and you are in: no password, nothing to set up. Your balance, your tier, what is about to lapse, and the button that turns points into a gift card are all on the next screen.
